MAP® to your advantages

MAP® is the only formula providing
an anabolic value of > 99 %

MAP® contains the eight essential amino acids in a specific ration to one another that is optimal for the conversion to the body’s own protein. Studies show that MAP® provides an extremely high anabolic value or Net Amino acid Value (NAV) of > 99 %, i.e. MAP® is almost completely converted into body protein.

What means ”Net Amino acid Value“ (NAV)?

The higher this value, the better! It stands for the nutritional or anabolic value of a protein and indicates how many of the amino acids from the digestible part of food protein serve as precursors for the protein synthesis, i.e. after the transition from the small intestine into the blood, follow the anabolic pathway in protein metabolism. Only this anabolic part actually serves as precursors for the body protein synthesis and thus for cell construction or cell repair.

The lower the NAV, the lower the proportion of amino acids from dietary protein serves the body protein synthesis. On the other hand, it provides more metabolic waste or nitrogen waste (MW) via the catabolic, i.e. degrading protein metabolism. This metabolic waste has to be eliminated from the organism and stresses the breakdown organs – primarily the liver and kidneys.

Hence, the higher the NAV value, the higher the anabolic value for cells and the lower the nitrogen waste and vice versa. Since the breakdown of amino acids also generates energy through the breakdown of the carbon structure which is also contained in amino acids, e.g. in the form of glucose, this value is also correspondingly low and vice versa. The lower the NAV value, the lower the build-up value and the more stressful nitrogen waste and glucose accrue.

What means ”Metabolic Waste“ (MW)?

When you consume dietary proteins, on the one hand waste is produced from the indigestible part of a protein, which must be excreted via the intestine. On the other hand, “Metabolic Waste” (MW), or more precisely “nitrogen waste”, is generated from the catabolic pathway, i.e. degrading metabolism of amino acids. Nitrogen waste is generated in the form of ammonia, which must be excreted via the liver and kidneys, and the resulting glucose via gluconeogenesis. In order to judge the amount of waste produced in the catabolic pathway of amino acids coming from a dietary protein, it is worth taking a look at the value for MW.

The higher MW, the worse! Because then your body receives less amino acids following the anabolic pathway for body protein synthesis, but more metabolic waste is produced and, as a result, an increased burden on organs.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women
Take care of yourself and your baby

Are you pregnant or are you breastfeeding your baby? Then you are of course absolutely aware of how important a diet rich in vital substances and excess bases is. So, you are not only taking care of yourself and your body or your breast milk, but of course also for your toddler. Because the stronger and better supplied you are as a mother, the more it benefits the healthy growth of your baby.

Above all, a high-quality and sufficient protein supply both during and after pregnancy plays an immensely important role. After all it is the proteins that ensure the cell structure of life. However, before you start consuming massive amounts of protein-containing foods, with MAP® we have a protein food for you that ensures the supply of you and your baby in a healthier way than normal dietary proteins can.

Not only do the amino acids in MAP® hardly burden your organism during digestion and excretion – you also get the highest protein nutritional value in the world. Since MAP® has no known side effects or intolerances, you have nothing to fear for yourself or your baby. Except, perhaps, that you are less likely to get stretch marks.

Kids and adolescents
To promote growth and development

Did you know that the protein requirements of children and adolescents are at least as high as those of adults? Especially during growth, an extra portion of protein is needed to prevent malnutrition in general and growth disorders in particular. With MAP® you can avoid both and provide your offspring with high-quality proteins.

We recommend three to five MAP® pellets per day for children and adolescents, depending on age and performance requirements. Provided that your offspring eats a balanced diet without animal protein, i.e. you feed your child a vegetarian or vegan diet or your child is also active in sports, we recommend even a higher intake.

Don’t worry: MAP® has no side effects and is suitable for children (even infants). By the way: If your child has problems swallowing the large pellets, you can crush them with a mortar and mix them with honey or dairy products or alternatively in other foods.

Seniors
Stay young, vital and strong even in old age

The older we get, the more susceptible we become to small and large diseases. Often the cause lies in the wrong diet or in blatant malnutrition, which is often the result of declining digestive and detoxification powers. And this in turn contributes significantly to the weakening of our immune system in old age.

To counteract this, a comprehensive change in diet and a coordinated exercise program are often necessary. Unfortunately, this also becomes increasingly difficult or even impossible with increasing age.

The targeted supply of amino acids therefore plays a central role for seniors. Thanks to MAP®, this is not only extremely easy, but also often leads to amazing results. For example, seniors regularly report to us a higher quality of life in the form of more vitality, an increase in mobility and a generally better state of health.

Vegan
Support your body in a powerful way

As a vegan, you have certainly dealt extensively with the topic of nutrition and therefore also know about the importance of essential amino acids for our body. Only with a sufficient protein supply can the human body remain healthy, vital and efficient. Since the amino acids contained in plant-based-foods have on the one hand only a low net amino acid value (NAV), but on the other hand a high load of nitrogen or metabolic waste (MV), vegans and vegetarians are particularly challenged at this point.

While the protein nutritional value of plants only delivers a maximum of 18%, fish, meat and poultry do on average 32%. But there is no need to worry, we do not want to persuade you to eat animal products. You can also top this value many times over in a vegan diet with MAP®. With >99% Net Amino Acid Value (NAV), <1% Metabolic Waste (MW) which is nitrogen waste and virtually no calories, the essential eight amino acids of MAP® are absorbed through the small intestine in 23 minutes and ready as building blocks for the body protein synthesis. 100% Vegan. 100% Allergy and GMO free. No additives and no sugar. For more information, see our FAQs for vegans

Overweight people
Increase and optimize your weight loss

Do you suffer from overweight? Do you already know all the diets and could almost despair, because you keep getting to know the yo-yo effect. Please do not despair! There is actually a successful concept how you can lose weight in the long term without starving. A mix of ketogenic diet, targeted exercise and MAP® makes excess pounds sizzle in a healthy and detox-friendly way. If you’re interested, we highly recommend our Ketogenic Diet with MAP®.

You can find instructions in our FAQs about the nutrition programs with MAP®

It is important to know that MAP® is not a miracle pill for weight loss. However, if you follow a few simple rules, you will be more than rewarded in your weight loss. What makes MAP® so special is that your body is so fed up with amino acids that it cannot fall into a state of hunger – with almost no calories. At the same time, MAP® provides the important amino acid building blocks for cell renewal and regeneration.

It is precisely the frequent failure to supply the necessary proteins in conventional eat-by-half or calorie-counting diets, often paired with too much simple and complex sugars as well as the lack of buffering of the detoxification processes that always occur in diets, that promotes the yo-yo effect.

Also important: the extreme low amount of nitrogen waste when using MAP®, thus not putting additional strain on your organism despite sufficient protein nutrition This allows your body to break down the toxins contained in the fat deposits in peace and quiet, effectively combating the ugly waistline gold.

Healthy people
Enjoy your healthy life

Prevention is the best health care! Therefore, a healthy lifestyle with a balanced, high-quality diet, sufficient exercise and a positive attitude towards life is the best prophylaxis.

Unfortunately, there are also stressful situations in our lives, environmental toxins and foods that do not always contain the nutritional values we would like. In addition, certain lifestyles prevent us from adequately consuming e.g. sufficient protein.

For this reason, we recommend a high-quality diet and supplementation with MAP®, as it is an inexpensive and easy way to give your body the valuable “building blocks of life”. With MAP® you don’t need to change your lifestyle either, as a vegetarian and vegan you can also get enough amino acids from vegan sources. Because of its special properties, they are even superior to animal dietary proteins in certain areas, such as the superior nutritional value (NAV) and the very low amount of Metabolic or nitrogen Waste (MW) and glucose. Your cells will be happy about the daily boost of amino acids, because they can ultimately contribute to a vital powerful and healthy life.

MAP® for Everyone

Start your own Protein
Revolution with MAP®

MAP® the original formula with the eight essential amino acids

Almost all tissue structures in the body are built from the body’s own protein. This body protein synthesis requires amino acids – the basic building blocks of life. Dietary protein is broken down into amino acids during the digestive process. These are absorbed in the small intestine and transported by the blood to various parts of the body. There, they are converted into the body’s own protein, which is found in muscles, skin, organs, connective tissue, bone tissue, as well as in immune cells, blood cells, enzymes, hormones, and other messengers.

An adequate and high quality supply of amino acids is important for building and maintaining lean body mass and muscle, as well as for the body’s metabolism, vitality and defenses. Ultimately, it also promotes fitness and mobility into old age.

Better than any other protein product

MAP® is better than any protein product that must first be made available to the body. MAP® already contains the basic building blocks of protein metabolism, the eight essential amino acids, in free and crystalline form. Amino acids are the smallest building blocks of proteins. They are already broken down. This means that they do not need to be digested first and can be absorbed directly and without loss through the small intestine. On an empty stomach, it takes a maximum of 23 minutes for the amino acids to be available to the body.

The “Master Formula”: the specific human amino acid pattern

All living organisms have their own very specific amino acid pattern, a so-called “master formula” for achieving optimal protein synthesis – including humans. For maximum utilization

  • all eight essential amino acids must be present at the same time
  • their composition must match the specific amino acid profile of the organism.
  • the quality of the amino acids must be free and crystalline.

The more the proportions and ratios of the eight essential amino acids deviate from the human amino acid profile, the lower the protein nutritional value, the so-called Net Amino Acid Utilization (NAV) of a protein food source. On the other hand, the higher the percentage of metabolic waste (SA) that burdens the organism and must be broken down and excreted by the liver and kidneys.

MAP® is the only formula that contains the specific human amino acid profile.

The world’s highest protein nutritional value

With a Net Amino Acid Utilization (NAV) of over 99%, MAP® achieves the highest protein nutritional value in the world. This means that almost all amino acids can be used for protein synthesis and thus for anabolic cell formation in the body. The almost complete conversion into protein-rich body substance also means that hardly any harmful metabolic waste is produced (SA < 1%), which is mainly converted into ammonia and glucose (gluconeogenesis) and has to be disposed of via the liver, kidneys and intestines.

People with a high protein consumption – such as athletes, pregnant and lactating women, children, adolescents and seniors, vegans, the overweight, the sick and all those who need to watch their blood sugar levels – benefit especially from supplementing or substituting their diet with MAP® and thus maximizing protein synthesis.

Almost zero calories

MAP® has almost no calories. It provides only 0.04 kcal per pellet (1 gram). One serving of 10 MAP® contains 0.4 kcal. The Nutritional Value (NAV) of 10 MAP® is equivalent to that of 350 grams of fish, meat or poultry, which, depending on quality and preparation, provides 900 – 1600 kcal.

MAP® has almost no calories because >99% of its amino acids are anabolically converted to body protein. This leaves <1 % waste (SA) that must be metabolized or burned to produce calories via gluconeogenesis.

Immediate bioavailability

MAP® does not require digestion or peptidases (digestive enzymes) as complex proteins do, and in powder form, does not even require a stomach. A small amount of stomach acid is enough to dissolve MAP®.

Since the 8 essential amino acids are already broken down and do not need to be digested, MAP® has an immediate bioavailability of 100%. The essential amino acids can be absorbed directly and without loss through the small intestine. On an empty stomach, they are available to the body after a maximum of 23 minutes!

This is especially important for people with digestion or absorption problems, people who have had their stomach removed, and athletes who want to supply their body with high quality amino acids before training or during competition.

Why are the eight essential amino acids so important?

Of the 21 proteinogenic, or protein-building, amino acids, eight are considered essential. Our bodies cannot produce them, so they must be obtained in sufficient quantities from food or dietary supplements.

Leucine, isoleucine and valine: BCAA
BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are the branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. They are particularly popular with athletes as they play an important role in maintaining, building and contracting muscles. BCAA also contribute to the healthy growth of muscles, bones and cartilage, regulate energy supply, blood sugar levels and stimulate insulin secretion.

Important: We strongly advise against taking BCAA alone, as our body can only optimally absorb and utilize amino acids when all eight essential amino acids are present at the same time and in the correct ratio to each other. Otherwise, there will inevitably be a reduction in the nutritional value of protein and an increased burden of metabolic degradation toxins.

Lysine
Lysine is involved in many processes in the body, including muscle building, bone growth, immune function, wound healing, and cell division. It is also essential for the stability of collagen and connective tissue. Lysine deficiency can lead to growth retardation, immune deficiency, and decreased enzyme activity. An adequate supply of lysine is therefore extremely important, especially for pregnant and lactating women.

Tryptophan
Tryptophan is a precursor to niacin (vitamin B3) and the neurotransmitters serotonin and melatonin. It plays an important role in our sleep-wake cycle, mood, appetite, pain perception, blood clotting, and wound healing. Tryptophan deficiency has been linked to the development of chronic inflammatory bowel disease.

Phenylalanine
Phenylalanine is converted in the liver to the amino acid tyrosine. Tyrosine plays an important role in the formation of the stress hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine, the skin pigment melanin, various thyroid hormones, and the neurotransmitter dopamine. In phenylketonuria (PKU), a congenital metabolic disorder, the body lacks an enzyme that converts phenylalanine to tyrosine.

Methionine
Due to its sulfur content, methionine has the ability to acidify urine, which inhibits bacterial growth and fights infection. Sulfur also binds heavy metals and promotes their elimination. Methionine has a fat-dissolving effect, increases the excretion of heavy metals, and synthesizes the stress hormone adrenaline, the structural protein creatine, and other important hormones.

Threonine
Threonine is required for the synthesis of the amino acids glycine and serine, which play an important role in the production of many proteins, including antibodies, collagen, elastin, muscle tissue, and mucins. The latter are the structural component of the mucus on our mucous membranes, including the gastrointestinal mucosa. Threonine and lysine are also glues for our vessel walls.

Conclusion: Our body can only produce the other amino acids (Alanine, Arginine, Asparagine, Aspartic Acid, Cysteine, Glutamine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Proline, Serine, Selenocysteine, and Tyrosine) on its own if the eight essential amino acids are sufficiently available. Important: In order to avoid overloading the body with metabolic waste, you should only supplement the eight essential amino acids – and in the exact ratio that corresponds to the specific human amino acid profile. This is exactly what MAP® provides.

MAP® provides an optimal ratio of L-Leucine (19.6%), L-Valine (16.6%), L-Isoleucine (14.8%), L-Lysine (14.3%), L-Phenylalanine (12.9%), L-Threonine (11.1%), L-Methionine (7.0%), L-Tryptophan (3.7%) in a unique amino acid formula. The fermentation-derived amino acids (protein building blocks) are 100% high-purity, free and crystalline.
