Unexpected positive changes of the body!

I came across MAP by chance and am totally thrilled. After a very short time I noticed changes in my muscle mass, shape and connective tissue. Although my attention was not focused on them. It is simply incredible. I eat a very healthy diet but I hardly ever get to cook, so I prefer to eat vegetables or fruit instead of a main meal and therefore the amount of protein per day is very minimal. This fact is not noticeable at first, because the physical change is attributed to age. But to see and experience that by taking MAP these changes have a reverse effect is remarkable.
